Alessandra Zielinski is an independent consultant and executive coach who supports mission-driven leaders and organizations to become more strategic, effective, and sustainable. She is passionate about making sure young people have access to educational opportunities. Alessandra’s experience as an educator includes leading elementary school enrichment programs in low-income communities, working as a high school English teacher abroad, teaching adult ESL to recent immigrants, facilitating trainings in corporate settings, and teaching graduate courses on social impact consulting and intercultural communications. She has worked with several education-focused nonprofit organizations over the last 20 years including as a board member, consultant, and mentor. Alessandra previously served on the board of Communities in Schools of Seattle.
